These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Yukomikus Digital Creative Agency (“Yukomikus,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Yukomikus provides digital creative services including, but not limited to, website design, graphic design, branding, digital marketing, and content creation. The scope of services will be outlined in a separate agreement between Yukomikus and the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the provision of services by Yukomikus. Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content provided to Yukomikus does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
3. Fees and Payments
Fees for services provided by Yukomikus will be outlined in the agreement between Yukomikus and the client. Payment terms, including deadlines and accepted payment methods, will also be specified in the agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
Yukomikus retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, associated with the services provided. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables provided by Yukomikus solely for their intended purpose.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, client data, business strategies, and trade secrets.
6. Limitation of Liability
Yukomikus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Yukomikus’ liability under any circumstances is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services provided.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and Conditions and fails to cure such breach within a reasonable period.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bekasi City, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Amendments
Yukomikus reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Yukomikus website.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Yukomikus and the client with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
By using the services provided by Yukomikus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
